"I’ve been trying to use the progress..."
I’ve been trying to use the progress tracking, but it’s frustrating. Some workouts seem to log, then other times I’m not sure if they counted or if I did something wrong. I kept going back like, wait, did I finish that yesterday or was that from last week? The stats are kind of all over the place, so it’s hard to tell if I’m actually improving. I wanted it to help me stay on track, but right now it just makes me more confused.

The workouts are okay, but they started to feel repetitive after a few weeks. I was hoping for more different moves and options to keep things interesting, because I got bored faster than I expected lol...

"Reliable and easy to use"
I’ve been using it for a while and it’s been super dependable. It hasn’t crashed on me, and uploads usually go through quickly. There are maybe a couple small things that could be smoother, but nothing that really gets in the way.

"The meal plans seem to be helping"
I can’t say for sure that the meal plans are the whole reason things feel easier, but they’ve definitely helped me get unstuck. They’re simple to follow and gave me some fresh ideas when I didn’t know what to make. Grocery shopping feels a lot less stressful now too. useful so far.

"Decent, but I’m not totally sold"
I’ve been using Shreddy here and there and some of the workouts are genuinely good. It’s easy enough to follow and I can see why people like it, but for the monthly price, I kind of expected it to feel a bit more special. A few parts start to feel the same after a while, and I’ve found myself wondering if I’m getting enough out of it to justify keeping the subscription. It’s not a bad app at all, I just don’t know if it’s one I’d stick with long term

"Great app, if you never need support"
I’ve been trying to get help from Shreddy for days now and still haven’t gotten anything useful back. I emailed, checked my spam, waited around, and it’s basically just silence. The app is decent enough when it works, so I guess that’s something, but it’s frustrating to pay for something and not be able to get a simple answer when you need one.

"Didn’t even notice it was still charging me"
I didn’t realize the subscription was still billing me until I checked my account. Tried reaching out to support, but they were slow getting back, which was kinda frustrating.

"I’ve been using Shreddy for a few months..."
I’ve been using Shreddy for a few months now and overall the workout plans are good. They’re easy to follow, which I really appreciate, especially on days when I cba to figure out my own routine lol.

Some weeks do feel a bit repetitive, and I wish there were more options to swap out exercises. But the workouts definitely still work, and I’ve felt stronger since starting, so it’s a solid 4 stars from me.

"I wanted to give this app..."
I wanted to give this app a fair try, but it kept freezing on me and the menus felt all over the place, and after tapping around trying to find what I needed while waiting for screens to load and then getting stuck again, I just gave up after about ten minutes
